Chakras and You

$240 in full, $30 weekly (Venmo, PayPal, Cash)

The goal of the classes is to develop an understanding of chakras and life force healing energy, ways for caring for and using the energy of the chakras, and experiencing a variety of self-care rituals and activities, meditations, and much more!

We will utilize an interactive workshop format with short weekly “work” activities – in class and at home. Please wear comfortable clothing for activities and meditations. If you have a pendulum, please bring it to the first class.

Each of the chakra specific class include a look at the correspondences and concordances, Divine principles and goals, Themes, Self-care, and the Balanced Qualities of the chakra as well as a deeper focus on a particular topic (shown below)
