This is an exploration class of food and our spiritual journey through the lenses of Energy, Chakras, and Spiritual and Intuitive Development.
This class mirrors aspects of my quest to heal my relationship with food and eating. The intention of sharing information and my journey is to offer insights for those with similar paths in regards to food and eating OR as an approach to take in deconstructing and unlearning those things that keep you from living the life you want to, to live your dream.
Topics will offer opportunities for us to learn about and discuss food as it impacts our physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and cultural aspects and energies.
And yes, we will most likely be eating some food :)

Citrus/tree fruits, berries, dried herbs/spices, cacao/coffee/tea; antioxidants, breathing, fasting.
Nutrition Plans and Philosophies
Staying with our focus on chakras, we will explore the Ayurveda Diet along other nutritional plans and philosophies like vegetarianism, the Mediterranean diet, raw food diet, and seasonal eating.
