The Moon’s energy is reflective and intuitive. Aligning with that energy honors your lunar nature and improves your happiness, health, and wellness. We explore aligning with the Moon for balance and flow, connecting with the Moon to enhance our spiritual and intuitive growth, and manifesting with the Moon through intentions, transits, and rituals.  

We will utilize an interactive workshop format with short weekly “work” activities – in class and at home.
